I'm curious how backlogged commands are. Do they ever reset it? It's basically impossible to know what our input is influencing, if there is more than a 10 second delay on when things are being processed lol

It's probably 30 with added lag from your end. I'm pretty sure 30 seconds is the global Twitch delay and the streamer probably isn't adding any on top.
