Yes, I vote to have the Garbage Bin publicly view-able from the front page so that people wouldn't be compelled to make threads with no merit in a category like Chit-Chat where we're supposed to be agreeing or disagreeing in a discussion. ^.^

I agree, but this way we can encourage forum users to create threads in the proper category, and we can choose to ignore threads in the Garbage Bin forum.

*edit* Perhaps we can make the Garbage Bin forum have a separate place on the front page that won't interfere with the threads located on the right of the main page. What do you think of this idea?
