I would imagine this would be pretty hard to bypass with the current spambots, because all they're really doing is finding some loopholes in an outdated version of vbulletin. Actually requiring a few registered gameplays would probably be a good addition before posting.

They called me insane, but now this is becoming a good idea.

Mix the 1+ games played with restricting PMs <5 posts, and we have a bit of security. Maybe. Who knows, I'm not a forum engineer or bot expert.

Zap: the 24 hour rule obviously wouldn't be a big enough roadblock. I'm not sure if the behavior was changed at some point, but I think all new accounts are given a positive grandtotal by default.
