    This is just the kind of thing you want to read before you take your kids to the mall to sit on Santa's lap, amiright?

    A Massachusetts mall Santa has been charged with indecent assault and battery after allegedly groping a teen girl hired to be his elf.
    The company that hired Santa says his background check came back clean. He's due back in court on -- I sh*t you not -- Christmas Eve.

              Wow, very sad to see people hiding behind cover just to get some sort of satisfaction. Very sick man, he needs help/psychiatric therapy. If I was that lady, I'd carry a can of mace and a tazer on myself from now on.
