Twitter just always seemed like an attention site to me. Facebook is a large online forum where I can talk with people to discuss when events are happening and such.

it's all about who you're around
if you're a college student with friends that don't use twitter, chances are you won't be using it
if you work full time but majority of your colleagues use twitter, chances are you'll start using it too
as for myself i use it to follow a few people since they don't post fb updatesComment
