i think a "sufficiently large" one (like the size 50 one posted earlier) is fine because that's usually what it is in an intro course, but it's just one of those things that profs do that makes me cringe so i figured i would ask if there was any more specifics

Yeah I'm sorry if the OP isn't that specific. I literally copy and pasted what the teacher wrote out for our assignment. Many many of the students didn't get passed step one. Or they figured out how to do step one, but couldn't do step two. So in other words, just put yourself in my shoes and read the questions, and think how you're supposed to answer it lol. Everyone in the class is pretty much like, "lol wtf does she exactly want us to do?"

I'll def. do that, I'm still at school though. You won't be able to really explain anything until I get done with school. Not sure if I'll be able to do it right away, but yeah.
