                              Drink a glass of milk, lay on your bed, and think of awesome things.

                              I don't know how to tackle sleep problems. Whenever I had problems, I just tried to force myself to sleep. If it comes to the point where I'm uncomfortable, I take a shower for a bit, relax a little, and then go back and see if I'm still uncomfortable.
