According to recent governmental studies, operating the keyboard under the influence has been deemed a public safety hazard. Steps are being made to build breathalizers and urine tests into all computers. Until then, the NSA is working on the problem on a case by case basis. With computer programs they are combing through the millions of gigabytes of data they receive on a daily basis, specifically looking for drug slang, poorly written paragraphs, and admissions of intoxication. They are cracking down on all who use the computer while intoxicated.

According to new legislation, if you are under the influence of alcohol or illegal narcotics, your right to use the computer has been redacted.

If you have been found guilty of using the computer while intoxicated, you must now pay up to $1000 in fines and complete a comprehensive computer etiquette course along with community service. If you have been intoxicated on the computer in the last three years, you will likely be contacted by the NSA. If you have any concerns contact your local NSA office or simply write an email to yourself addressing your concerns.
