Yea, honestly it's more of an anti-dream team, but oh well. I've caught the spearow (well I caught 4 of them and chose the one with the best stats) and am training for Brock

Is passing level 40 allowed during the elite four run, or can they all just start at level 39?

Fuck that, Lance's Dragonite in Yellow is a fucking nightmare. Fire Blast, Thunder, Blizzard (with 90 accuracy!) and Hyper Beam, with the Gen 1 glitches of CPU opponents not being constrained by PP and Hyper Beam losing its recharge if it scores a kill?!
