Exactly. Why only spend one day of the year to treat the Earth well when we should be taking decent care of it year round? Same goes for mother's and father's day.

Well, it beats Earth hour, where you pretend our climate problems can be mitigated by something as simple and irrelevant as turning off your lights for an hour, which actually increases power usage due to stress on local power plants that utilize continuous output and doing nothing to spur governments to reduce coal power usage and things that actually matter etc.

But yeah, still pretty dumb.
