My black lab puppy of 13 years is finally to the point that we're about to put her down due to very painful arthritis in her hips and cataracts

I have chronic migraines and have no way to get rid of them :c
I've been on multiple medicines and seen many, many doctors to try and figure them out.
It would be that bad, except I legitimately have them EVERY SINGLE day. It's not like it's just one every couple of weeks or anything.

Sounds ridiculously serious. Like malignant tumor serious...

Lots of foods give migraines, more common ones include bananas, chocolate, anything caffeinated especially coffee (would go hand in hand with chocolate if coffee specifically), aged cheeses, cured meats, almonds. Could be mold where you live, or something else airborne where you are everyday. Artificial sweeteners give me headaches, but once my intestines heal they might not anymore (not that I'll start using them again.)
My father-in-law suffers from migraines nearly daily, has for years, its getting worse. Doctors won't refer him to get an MRI.
I wouldn't be so concerned about malignancy in a brain tumor if this has been ongoing for awhile and nothing else has changed...malignancy would mean growth would mean causing other problems, vision, speech, personality changes, etc. Maybe a non-malignant tumor?
Medicine is pretty useless when it comes to causes of headaches beyond obvious trauma.

If you have a rash around your crack get tested for dermatitis herpetiformis.

My dad hasn't found employment since he lost his job in December. Our rent just went up and my hours got cut, so I can't provide like I was right after he lost it. I got hired for a new job, but they changed their mind last minute. So I'm on payroll, but getting zero hours. I was a finalist for an Eli Lilly scholarship, but didn't get it. So now I don't have a way to pay for the last 6 grand of college each year that I am going into. (White male with college educated parents; a bigger factor than literally having no income) Awesome school stuffs (Grades/Scores) is only paying the first 27K/y.

And I've been holding in a fart for the past two hours because I'm at school. So my stomach hurts. /life

To reliably test for radon in a house you need a week with no one leaving or entering the house, windows opening, etc, so I can't reliably test for radon prior to making the house owners pay for any possible remediation that might be necessary to fix a radon problem because there's now less than a week and the house has 4 tenants currently in it who will probably be there until the day before I get to move in.
Also everyone everywhere is out to get you as soon as money is involved in any transaction of any type.

I have tons of tests done, and as far as multiple neurologists can figure out, my brain is fine.
