So lately I've been experiencing some pains in my right hand, specifically near my knuckles. I've found out that playing on my laptop keyboard gives little to no pain, while playing on my actual keyboard hurts after a couple songs. I'm pretty sure it's due to the angling; I've got my wrists flat on my laptop when I play on that keyboard, but I have to put my wrists on my table when I use my other keyboard, putting them at a 25 degree angle or so.
I thought it may have been carpal tunnel, but I'm not getting any pain in my wrist. It's all in the finger joints, and right below the knuckles. Part of it may be due to my odd playstyle, since I use middle/ring and use P as up and " as right. I also get these pains in my middle/ring finger after a lot of League or Dota, presumably from the thousands of clicks I make. They're pretty much all in the joint after the knuckle, where all the main bending goes on. Anyone got a clue as to what it could be?
