you dont need to make an account to connect to the tinychat. if a tinychat is posted on facebook, it will try to make you join the chat using your facebook name. simply copy the url of the tinychat room, and paste it in a new tab/window and it wont make you join with your facebook name.

as far as bringing back the old video chat goes, i think the person who coded it wont allow/give the code back or something, but i could be wrong.

Compared to not doing anything and it just working and being integrated into ffr's site that is still incredibly annoying.

I've tried to get it working, several times in fact. But half of the data required by the thing came from another site that no longer exist. Add in the only source code for the thing is missing half of it, and it becomes quite a challenge.
