I have a feeling most of this test doesn't test reflexes or reaction time.

Confounding factors include exact mouse, exact computer, exact OS, among possibly others. And such factors are significant.

It's the difference between not being able to beat a game in emulation but you could on the original system or not being able to beat a game with one controller but you can with another type deal.
