EDIT: honestly, I think its about time. And I kind of saw marijuana being taxed an obscene amount if legalized, but with the money used to buy shit today, not much is gonna be saved. Then again, that wouldnt be too much of an issue anymore now that its beginning to be legalized and possession charges would be a thing of the past.

I do wonder one thing... people that have possession charges in CO and WA, are they disregarded now or do they continue to stay on their records?

That makes sense, but they still disregarded the law at the time. Doubtful they will just clear it from records, but I also doubt it would ever be taken into consideration in the future.
