    Standalone engine links

Why have the engine links been removed from step two in this post?

    Re: Standalone engine links

It hasn't. It is the last sentence of the OP. =)

    Official FFR Engines:
Legacy Engine (Both single & multiplayer)
    Velocity Engine (Multiplayer Engine Link)
R^2 Engine (Beta engine. Thread for comments regarding the engine can be found in the Vet forum here)
R^3 Engine (True Beta engine, Veterans only right now)

    Other Engine Links (Non-official)
This engine (set up by Hakulyte) is an engine for Isolation Files (files that are cut to focus on one part of a song, such as the trill in Crowdpleaser) -- Legacy // Velocity

This engine (set up by TC_Halogen and psychoangel691) was the engine for a part of the FFR community during the period where FFR was down -- Legacy // Velocity

Created by Tarrik, this engine hosts plenty of extra challenging files -- Legacy // Velocity

These engines (hosted by qqwref and DossarLX ODI) host files specifically for Team Indeed and Dossar's tournaments -- Velocity // Dossar's Tournament Legacy // Dossar's Tournament Velocity

This engine (hosted by justin_ator) is designed to be an engine for files of anyone interested in getting a file out to an engine. Dumps, Play-testing, Old FFR files, and plenty of other songs can be found here -- Legacy // Velocity // Community Velocity Beta

This engine (hosted by Yoshl) is the engine for Team Fur -- Legacy // Velocity

I think the thread was good at one stage, but agree with Izzy now. Someone needs to find the time to reorganize everything into nice, neat structures.
            Shit.

I agree. Put the links to the engines in Part Two where it also has relevance.

I just really don't think you should ever have spoilerboxes inside of spoilerboxes. As soon as you do that you should realize you made an organizational mistake. I think the thread has some 5 deep spoilerboxes which actually makes the information harder to find. There is an excessive amount of useless content and the whole post should be redone and summarized.
