I bought hosting at post production, trying to help out flash flash, but the support has an error message that isnt even in english. I also sent a msg and its been more than a day and yet no response, paid about 3 days ago and my url is still inactive, but i do have the ip set up and the control panel works, but no site and no ftp... should i just wait because the url and ftp will be active soon or attempt to cancel through my credit card because i obviously have no way of contacting the company, and the billing control panel doesnt work either, i never recieved my e-mail that was supposed to come 24 hours after i paid, it was supposed to have all my information.
