I can at the very least confirm that the last line is correct. The man is in fact a supervisor at Canada's Wonderland

I don't even understand how someone could be this bad at handwriting. Does he lack the physical dexterity to more-or-less accurately draw straight lines and curves?

I'm guessing part of the poor handwriting is how he is holding the writing utensil in the first place.

Back in High School, this is what I saw from a lot of people who had poor handwriting. Rather than holding the pencil like the top picture, they'd hold the pencil like the bottom one.

"Basically, is there some coherent, important message here guised in bad handwriting, or is it the ramblings of a crazy person and just as disorganized thought-wise as it is pen-wise?"

It's very odd of you usernamegoeshere, to separate things like being in a mental facility from 'ramblings of a crazy person'.
Also people don't have to be completely bonkers/not be able to look after themselves in order to have brain problems or disabilities.
I also don't see how that piece of writing is disorganized thought-wise either. From what people here decipher, it's very coherent and has a point and a context, although we don't know who's supposed to read that. Even without gundam saying he's got a job, he says himself that he works at Disney as a supervisor.
I feel bad for him because of people like you who assume that because he can't write or talk very well, he's got to be disabled in all other areas of his life too, especially when there's evidence to the contrary. What a terrible impression to get, simple because his handwriting's incredibly bad to think that he's making up having a career, or whatever it is you thought, that he's got to be completely nuts.
I know, you considered that maybe this is neurological thing so that his handwriting might just be bad. But much like you think that it could just be his handwriting, it's very possible is just his verbal skills that are lacking. I mean, disabilities like this basically prove that there's segmentation of our mind/brain into different aspects, much like our hands are separate from our feet. Verbal skills aren't the same thing as intelligence or ability to understand social situations, ability to think, or even the ability to understand someone else talking to you.

Also shame on everyone else who bothered to read the thing and yet you still think something simple like handwriting classes or even how to hold a pencil properly will fix it. He says he has problems 'verbally', not with his handwriting. I'm not saying it's not fixable, it may or may not be, but straightforward, obvious things like changing the position of his hand to fix something that, with only the information given to us and him saying he's tried everything and so really seems like it must be a problem that lies in his brain somewhere, are rather dumb suggestions.

What I wanna know is if this guy can draw alright. Like, if you give him a simple, abstract line picture to mimic, can he do it alright? I suspect he can.
