They were twice as big before I severely sprained my ankle 2 months ago, I'm a sprinter, long-distance runner, x-country runner, Rugby player, I walk A LOT, and I do lots of leg workouts haha.
EDIT: my thighs are also like INSANELY massive, and about 90% muscle. My legs are rather grossly muscular...
