What's to do?

I'm going to Switzerland, France, and Italy from the last week of July thru the first week and a half of August with family. Looking for ideas on what to do over there. Haven't been anywhere else in Europe other than England. So nice to go elsewhere.

Switzerland: 1 week (aunt lives there with uncle and 3 cousins)
France: 1 week (going there for my grandparent's anniversary)
Italy: ~3 days (though we might go somewhere else)

I was using Google. I was asking if anyone has even been to any of those countries, what's good to go see.
