I was in the car when it happened. I have a right to complain considering he ruined like 200 bucks worth of textbooks and my upholstery.

oh you were in the car. that's a bit different, but you aren't going to be compensated through the school and i don't know why you'd expect that. schools are bad at that sort of thing. i would have expected suspension or detentions or some parent involvement. you lost some books, maybe you could ask him y and get something from him. but making his life a living hell isn't worth some books and milk, I mean that's just wasted effort on your part. i'd try to let it go cause it'll pass. get your car cleaned, see if you can fix some stuff. other than that not much you can do

people were doing that stuff at my school and they got suspended, 1 time i put jello on a guys shirt and I was in ISS for a week. idk y your school didn't even try to do anything, i call shenanigans. but if you can't call the cops or don't want to, the only other option is approaching him or finding a way to talk to his parents about it.

It's a BC law with "Novice" drivers that you can only drive with one passenger who's not an immediate family member or over the age of 25 with a valid drivers liscense.
