Dustforce is a very smooth playing platformer that pushes the player to perfect their runs on a level to unlock later levels. The art style of the game is amazing, and the controls are pretty fluid after you get used to playing with them. There are 50 levels with a variety of challenge to push players to their limits. Along with the visuals, the music is a very fitting addition to this wonderful game.

I've only played 3 levels (including the tutorial) for a time totaling less than an hour and I am in love with this game. The feeling you get when you beat a level with a double S rating (cleaning everything and doing so smoothly) is like beating those tricky levels in Super Meat Boy. I highly recommend checking this game out.

I bought it a while ago. Currently have 10+ hours in 3 days welp; here's my review:

Really nice game aesthetic. I am a huge fan of the graphics and character/level design.

Levels are not too overly hard to complete, but some of them do take time to S/S rank. I've S/S all the open doors and the silver key doors, only have 3 golds (some of them are really hard xd)
Game is fairly recent, so if you try hard enough you can aim for pretty high scores on the leaderboard. My first top 10s were on Construction Zone (best time is easy; I didn't take an optimal route for best score but w/e, top 10 is top 10):

Speaking of the leaderboard, adding replays to this game was a cool idea. Allows players to see how to beat/get a high rank on some of the levels.

Music is solid and thematic. Most of the tracks are not my cup of tea to listen outside of the game very often, but there are a few that I would make exceptions for. That's not to say that the music isn't good for the game though.

Controls take getting used to; I recommend playing the tutorial multiple times until you get the hang of things. Personally I still have a lot of trouble restraining myself from pressing up whenever I come into contact with a cliff and it screws you over sometimes (Hideout anyone). See if you can top the tutorial leaderboards B)

Highly recommend. I haven't been so addicted to a platformer since N. I regret not purchasing SMB, but Dustforce is definitely a top notch platformer imo. You look cool as shit flying all over the place, hanging/walking upside down and beating on monsters with ****ing cleaning supplies and some nifty AoE move.
