What do you mean not used?

San Andreas was a representation of Los Angeles right? Where the hell do you think this takes place in.

VINEWOOD! - It's similar to how Liberty City was re-mapped from GTA 3 to GTA 4. This looks like a re-map of GTA SA for GTA 5.

Nonetheless it looks like GTA4 with more capabilities, still planning to get it of course.

Yeah there is no doubt that this game is one of my favorite games and i am playing this game since first version of this game had revealed and continually i am trying new versions as it comes and i feel joy to play this game.
