I know there's players of Marvel vs. Capcom 3 on here. I was curious as to how you felt about having to spend another $40 for this game that's going for release in November. 12 new characters, 8 new stages, and a few new modes and extra additions and changes. wtf!! Couldn't they just release it all in one package in the first place for a change!? They really are going back to their old roots... ugh!

I'll just stick with the original. Phoenix Wright isn't worth $40. :P

I've never even heard of this and I have the Special Edition MVC3. $40 is worth it but, still no ****ing Megaman, wtf.

Ghostrider is a sick addition though.

Bad: Dunno bout the new HUD interface for the top. I think it's the YT quality, but it kinda makes it harder to see your team's health and how it's regenerating. But I think it's alright

Mid-air X-factor...hrm...kinda breaks it more, but only if the damage scaling remains the same, which I HIGHLY doubt.

I saw gameplay videos of it where side aerial exchange combos will take away one whole bar of your oppponent's hyper bar. But I think that's cool when going against Pheonix players though :V

I'm beyond happy about the characters they chose, the game's only flaw is this price tag.. I mean I spent $65 on it's release day including pre-ordering my copy. I bet anyone with the special edition is aggravated as hell that they have to spend more money after they handed Capcom $80 in February.

And yes, I want spectator mode so badly. The online lobby is too dull when you sit there watching the lifebars diminish of the people playing.

edit: Another thing I'm quite happy about is how they're adding new moves to the original characters, throwing around some nerfs, and overall rebalancing the entire game.

That's the only good thing. And frankly, it aint 'nuff for me to buy it

Only other Capcom game I'll buy is Street Fighter vs Tekken and that's ONLY cuz I repersent Team Iron Fist (and shit, if the roaster is lower then 60 characters I may just rent the sap sucker instead) Capcom got enought of my money with Super Street Fighter 4 AE

I can't say much more about this game until they release more information on what's being added. At the moment I will buy it because I play this game consistently and I know I'd get my money's worth if I bought it on release.

And Street Fighter x Tekken looks great so far. I like the style in it, reminds me of a mixture of the first Marvel vs Capcom and SSF4

Yup, im still going for Firebrand. Ghost Rider's range scares the **** out of me, and I'm worried about a personal friend of mine that will be using him. More because his Dormammu gives me enough trouble lol.
