Umm I basically spread the legs and then use the thighs Q and W. If he's about to fall backwards, hold P until he falls forward. Just my strategy.

About the hurdle, I let the hurdle go between his legs. Then made his foot touch the ground and then pick up the back thigh with Q. To make him not fall forward, hold O.

Don't bother with the hurdles, no one ever really jumps them. They just run to the 50m mark and then drag themselves the rest of the way with their thighs or else struggle over the knocked over hurdles and keep running.

But the jump at the end, you can get a hurdle underneath ya legs and skate over the sand on the hurdle.

haha wrong i got over the hurdle, didn't drag it to the end or anything but yeah pretty much just dont worry about it if you cant jump it. lol
