So how about it..Is it everything you expected? I personally haven't even reached tribal stage yet..but I think it's a pretty fun game.

Re: Spore
EA put in DRM protection to stop people from pirating the game. It obviously didn't work as a leaked copy of the game has been out for weeks already.
The pirated version of the game does not have the DRM protection. So legitimate users are forced to play with an active connection to EA at all times to verify their legitimacy and are only allowed to install the game three times before the license runs out. If it's a rainy day and your cable/dsl/etc is out but you still have power, you can't play Spore. If something goes wrong during the installation process three times, you can't play Spore. If you get bored of it, you can't sell it back to GameStop or whatever. If you decide to buy a used copy from eBay, chances are good that all 3 installations will be taken and you will have bought a paperweight.
That's all punishment for legitimate buyers. Pirates? Pirates can uninstall and reinstall anywhere, anytime. They can play offline. They get a better game experience than the actual product, for free.
It's hilarious how retarded EA can be.
Also, the gameplay for Spore is so shallow that I'm not even remotely interested.Comment
