Rumor'd Halo 4

Now i could have sworn that John's story was over..seeing how his luck (supposidly) finally ran out at the end of the game..So If the game is true that means it wont be out till like what..3-4 years from now. But how would the story go though...would Cortana finally make contact with some sort of "life form" or will the UNSC get them by some sick-nasty chance O_o who knows..

I found this out from X-plays gaming update -_-..so again if its true, how would the game look? possibly better than halo 3 or just simply a continuation?

Eh, the story is over, they finished up what they had to from the books, unless they feel like prequel/sequel for some reason (...money). Personally I think they should just make some straight up mp games for it now, except hopefully more h2ish being I can't stand h3 at all >_>

They are making other halo games such halo wars and something else, but I highly doubt they will making anything to continue the story.

Marathon is the continuation of Halo 3. It's essentially a Halo 4.

I hope its more like halo 2 in game play, however I like that they have plans on making a new map editor where you can make your maps from scratch.

If you knew the story from either you would know that you're wrong. You're probably just saying that cuz some idiot said that and you read that and thought it was true.

He says hes not sure though, they might pull something out of thier sleeve last second.
But i doubt it... no need to continue it on. Halo 3 was already a giant dissapointment for me.
Halo 2 is way better.

Actually, I have some Halo-freak fanboy friends and that's what they told me. But I'm pretty sure they are correct because the Marathon series and Halo series are in the same universe.

I hope they don't make another one. Maybe just some MP add-ons for the H2 version. That would be cool. I hate to say it, but I still like the original the best out of all of them.

I don't think it's halo 4, I heard or read somewhere, either or, that there's a new halo coming out and you play as the ODST.

Halo 1>Halo 2 and Halo 3. This is my opinion of course. I loved how in the first one you had to rely on getting health packs to refill your health (if you couldn't find one, oh well.) I hated in the 2nd and 3rd one all you had to do was just run behind something, wait for like 10 seconds, then your health is all the way back up. Halo 1 just seemed to be more strategic and skill-based than the others.

P.S. I liked the levels in it the most too. ^_^

PP.SS. If Halo 4 does happen, it needs to be like the first one. : D

what they should really do is just re-release halo 1 with xbox live enabled. I loved halo 1 but the sheer fact that you can't play online with your buddies is what makes me not play it at all. That would be tight. But of course it will never happen. =(

They could easily make Halo 4, but at the direction the game is going, it's highly unlikely that it'll continue. They have to move on. They can't stick to just one game.
