My bro's L and R button for his DS lite hardly works, I have to tap it at least 5 times to make it respond.

I still have my old DS though.

        Re: NDS

I've had my NDS for half a year already and nothing is wrong with it. Then again, I barely play it and the only game I have on it is Pokemon: Diamond.

I don't think it's defective at all, just depends on how you treat it.
Removed a .gif image so your total signature size isn't well over 1MB. Keep this in mind for the future.

i used to have one and my L trigger did that. i had to kind of push it towards me if that makes any sense.
probably the actual switch is loose in the thing that holds it. you might wanna open the sucker up (if you'll be able to get it back together haha) and stick some paper or whatever behind the switch. they do it on ddr pads too. makes 'em nice and responsive.

I had an original DS sense it came out and nothing went wrong with it, got a lite now though and still have no problems, warranty?

Is it a DS Lite, or just a Nintendo DS?

                Re: NDS

This is quite a common problem for the DS Lite. Just blow underneath it, for about 2 seconds, and it should work fine. That's what I do, and it hardly goes out anymore. Your DS just needs a good blowing, like most of us, ;3

                  Re: NDS

I've never had a problem with my DS lite, but I do admit I've never played an R or L button intensive game so I don't think it has had much chance to break.
