About 2 months ago me an two friends decided to take my dated, Xbox console, and exploit a glitch in it. My Limited edition crystal xbox is one of the very few (if only) of its kind. Using a "save game" exploit I installed a new dashboard, this dashboard i would like to not discuss about because it contains alot of information which might be considered as illegal and unethical, but after installing this dashboard i was able to install a copy of linux. It took me and my friend about 3 days to do it, the most complex part of the actual mod was getting the save on the xbox.

Moding your console isn't something anyone can do, and by doing so you risk losing your xbox. I do NOT suggest you attempt this just because it sounds simple.

And the point of doing all this? Currently what I can do with my xbox is go online, play linux games, watch movies..typical stuff a computer can do and still play xbox games...If you have any questions about the xbox its self feel free to ask.
