I'm there from time to time, but folks like Temote, wolfx, abbey, etc., they're all there I think.

Incidentally, I'd like to say that the last match we had, you didn't beat me nearly as bad as you should have been able to. Were you holding back, or did your skill just degrade a little? Even with your G&W against my Pikachu, you didn't dominate like I was expecting.

lol champ start playing real competitive smash ;] I'm sure I'll be going to Texas sometime next year for a national Smash tournament. Let's hope Texas holds one. I'll hit you up if that ever happens.

Started playing? I've been a competitive smash player before you knew what competitive smash was with one of the best falcos in the nation. Afro, I in know way felt threatened enough to unleash beast mode on you where i'm actually watching where i'm spacing my character, something i definitely did not do playing you. I mainly play as D3 anyway.

Yeah, Dedede can be cheap as **** if you play him right. I could tell you knew how to do it but you obviously weren't doing all you could with cheap ****. I bet you could have chained me from side to side and back again if you wanted and I wouldn't have been able to do a damn thing about it. Then again, Pikachu is gay for that ****, so ironically, I'd probably fair better with any other character.

Cheap because you lack the skill to avoid it. Nothing in this game is cheap when you've gotten good enough to avoid what others think is unavoidable. For example, try playing a diddy who uses glide tossing mixed in with an amazing banana game. In your eyes cheap because your helpless to the relentless barrage of grabbing, slipping, combos etc.

There are only a select few characters where D3 can chain grab almost everytime, Pikachu definitely NOT being one of them. Like i said, nothing in this game is cheap when you've gotten good enough to avoid what others think is unavoidable.

yeah well if they're letting people get out of their chain grabs, they're clearly not as much of a master as I was referring to

You can master D3 all you want but the chain grab will only work until a certain point everytime. Past any certain damage percentage some characters are always going to be able to break away from it no matter what.

Well obviously. After all, at a certain point, the chain grab combo has to go into a finishing blow that knocks them off anyway (or at least, sets up to knock them off), right? You can't kill someone by chain grabbing them alone.

Ah and I see Korny and the other guy is still around. Also don't remind me of chain grabs, I'm scarred from a certain somebody who mastered the ice midgets.
