    Gamecube input delay

    I'm pretty sure it's not exclusive to any of my games. Bad cables? Bad hardware?

      cables for sure. I have an NES contrller that does the exact same thing.

          My cube struggles now and then, just restart or turn on and off. Blowing on the cd is not needed in this model.
