OH YEAH IS FOR FREE? and also is ilegal the use of roms, of any kind, and i'm no administrator or anything but i think i read in the rules that talking about roms and giving sites about them is also a violation of the forum's rules

Of course, even though you didn't say so, it is clear what you intend to use it for. The fact that you are bragging about it doesn't help any. It's good that you enjoy your new DS, but a good portion of your post was talking about the ROM card.
