psp problem

well i just got psp blender and i downloaded final fantasy 9 disc 1 and it said i needed to upgrade it so i did to 3.40, and when i click on the game to play it it says to use this content, you must activate the system, what do i do?

Okay you have to teach me how to get FFIX on my PSP when you figure out how. Just pm me or something.
I honestly dont pay much attention to many things i can do with the PSP because i am much more involved with my phone and my ipod but from what i can tell you should look for a FAQ or try turning it off and back on. Maybe check the settings section as well? Also, you might just have to quite simply try to redownload it to your PSP.

well i was looking around for answers and apparently i need to get a custom firmware, but i could not find out how to get it, so if anyone knows how to get it, and if i can get it will it let me like downgrade it

yea i just need to get to 3.01 so i can play homebrew games, and today i was just thinking of FF7 and i let so *** borrow my 1st disc, and i wanna start a new game but i cant so i wanna play on psp, but i think it will be even better since i can play it whenever

Go here(the official playstation PSP boards) that will tell you where to get the custom firmware, how to install it, and how to do everything else.

If you need more help either post here or in that thread. I've used that thread many times. But first things you need to get onto a custom firmware. Then you'll need a popstation gui to convert the PS1 game image into a .PBP eboot.
