PSP v2?

Hey guys. If you own a psp like me then you know it doesnt really live up to its full potential. There are few very good games & its other features are more of a novelty then useful. Homebrew is the only thing in my opinion that is keeping it alive. Do you think Sony should make a new version of the psp with more functional features or is this the end of the line for Sony?

There's already a camera and a tv adapter for it. Only released in Japan, though. For now, atleast.

Oh ya this is the end of Sony.

They're just going to shut down all their stores now because they were relying entirely on the PSP to make money rather than their TVs/Walkmans/More pieces of electronic equipment you can shake a stick at.

Poor sony.

yea im thinking of tradeing in my psp, because the only thing i do on it is listen to music so once i get a mp3 player ill probally trade it in but if they came out with a cooler version, i might just save my money and screw the mp3 player and buy the new version.

The psp problems has many problems but im hoping that Sony can make a change with a psp v2 if they just put enough time into making it functional.
Anyone else share my opinion?

They'd better damn well make it functional and satisfying. Since the PS2 came out, I really think that Sony have been shooting themselves in the foot.

Thats right! I don't own a PSP! DS 4 lIfE!!11!!

Sony killed themselves with the PS3, they could at least try and save their handheld. If Sony made a PSP v2, I would NOT buy it, but they could at least try, the DS was awesome from the start, and they just made it better with the DS Lite. Hell Sony your not even trying anymore! You copied the Wii and 360's design, why stop now!?

But seriously, it looks a hell like it did-the motion sensor(wii), the design(360), the web browser(Wii), the shop (both 360 and Wii). Mind you , they don't do much right :P

I believe this is the end of the line for Sony. Good thing I have bought NOTHING of theirs game-related. Yes, I am a Nintendo fanboy. Anyway...

They probably did half-steal the motion sensor, but the design looks nothing and I mean NOTHING like the 360. Do I have to do an image search and show them to you?

They probably made the web browsers on their own (even the 360 has a definite browser), as well as the shop. The internet and shop were basically the next-gen thing that were independently being put in all three consoles.

Actually find some FACTS that are negative about Sony.
