If you post two of the SAME basic threads then yes, it is against the rules.
Also, it is against the rules to post a thread in the wrong part of the forums (ESPECIALLY TWICE IN A ROW!)
I also like how it says, "General Video Games Talk about anything from the Intellevision to the X-Box here.
