Who's got it? I bought it today and have been playing the GDI campaign and I played one skirmish as the Scrin. It was pretty intense, I must say. I'd like to play someone online to see what the online play is like.

Re: Command and Conquer 3
I made a topic about this after playing the demo and it sunk like a brick. I thought nobody cared. =\
And uh, I would buy it but I'm broker than broke, so I only have my impressions from the demo. I dunno, I don't like that they keep changing things around. Like, I was used to QWER being the different construction tabs (from RA2) but they moved them over to ERTY which messed me up for a while. It sure takes some getting used to (the little mobile thing that you can construct off of is a big thing I wasn't used to at all), but it's pretty cool. =)So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.
So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.
Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =OComment

You can customize the keyboard to anything you want in the full version at least. So you could get it back to QWER.Comment

Re: Command and Conquer 3
I haven't done any campaigns yet, I've been having way too much fun on skirmish mode, I really like Scrin the best, and does your computer slowdown to like...1 fps when you use the nuke? WAAAAAAYYYYY too many particles in that thing.Comment

Re: Command and Conquer 3
That's another thing I noticed in the demo. The game in general ran as fast or faster than Generals, but the nuke destroyed my computer. Like, I can't even compare what the nuke looks like compared to Generals cuz I couldn't get near the blast without my computer bogging down. =\So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

Re: Command and Conquer 3
I haven't actually used a Nuke yet. Only superweapon I've used is the Black Hole...I forget it's real name, and GDI's Ion Cannon thang.
I guess the Mothership would kind of count as a superweapon too?Comment

Re: Command and Conquer 3
Well the nuke is the only one that affected me in the demo. I haven't seen any of the Scrin stuff, so I can't say anything about that, but the Ion Cannon didn't rape my comp while the nuke most definitely did. =\So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

Re: Command and Conquer 3
Ya, the nuke obliterated my computer along with the GDI. The Rift and Ion Cannon don't slow it down nearly as much.Comment
