The Sims 2

I was wondering if any of you guys play The Sims 2? It's my favorite PC of all time and I would give up every game I have including console games, just so I could play it.

i play it time from time. a bit hard to keep all the 'needs' up. but i dont have to do all that if you know what a mean...

Yea I know what you mean. I use a hacked painting that lets me adjust their needs, aspirations, skills, traits, interests, school grade, job performance, etc. It's freaking awesome and everytime I install a new EP and hold my breath and hope it still works. I just installed Seasons a few days ago and thank goodness it still works.

I just can't get into The Sims. Watching people go through their daily lives just bores me to death when presented this way.

You have to make it more interesting. I use a cheat so my sims never eat, sleep, pee, or shower. I make them have sex alot and I kill them off in many fun and different ways.

yes. it bores me too. thats why i make a family, get bored of it/have a problem. make another family, get of it/have a problem. and so on. that is why i dont spend all my time on that game lol.

I do enjoy that game and sometimes I can play it for hours, then not play for a few days, then play for a few hours. See the pattern? That's the best way to play. Now that Seasons is out it's a lot more fun.

I remember being so addicted to the whole The Sims 1 series that I would play from the moment I woke up until I went to bed every day of the week. I remember even pretending to be sick so that I could miss school and play it while my parents were at work.

I just kill the family I have in the game and watch other fun stuff like fires, floods, ghosts, etc.

Music creeps me out.

I find the music to be rather annoying so I play with it on mute unless im having my sims try for a baby.

Building and decorating houses is the best part. I do think The Sims 2 is cooler and more realistic but I was way way way more into The Sims 1. I was addicted and I played everyday but I haven't been that way with The Sims 2.

I still play sims1 and I like building and decorating alot more than having to watch people live their lives.

I once put one parent and 8 kids in a house lol oh what fun xD
