Used to like the animes. (which got ridicously confusing at times) The games honestly sucked ass though. .hack gu was pretty good though

Animes were nuts. Game's fun and would rule as an MMO but everyones biased by Fragment so it's no use because people just keep on yacking about how bad Fragment sucked and such.

i like the anime, it was good. and so was the manga (not the books, the actual manga, as in the one with shugo and rena, and kaz.)

They (the anime and the game) were both extremely boring.

The first four games of .Hack were good at first but then got extremely repetitive. Especially when all you basically had to do was get virus cores. I'm hoping the volumes .Hack//GU aren't as repetitive. The dungeons are the same crap all the time, but I don't mind really. I just hope they change it up.

G.U. is absolutely wonderful. I understand why some would diss the whole gameplay though, ain't got the monotonous pressing onwards attitude as some do, such as myself.

OH MY GOD I finally beat that game a few weeks ago and I forgot to tell you guys. It was such a pain in the ass because the last two dungeons were ones where 90ish% of the portals contained those data Bugs and so by the end of the dungeon you were constantly worrying about whether or not you'd die from high infection rate.

Felt good to finally beat the damn thing though.

The games were repetitive as all ****ing hell. The plot was confusing and the rewards weren't that satisfying.

That being said, I found the animes and the games to be quite boring.

I really liked the atmosphere of the cutscenes and story... but yeah, it was way too repetitive, and I got stuck in the beginning of vol. 3 and pretty much gave up on it. :/

It probably would have been great if they had fit it all onto one disc. Big mistake to stretch it to four. >_>
