Well its about time they added light for free instead of you having to go out a buy a seperate component

It's amazing, the battery is rechargable and i've been playing with the light on. I've played it A LOT and i haven't had to recharge it once after the initial charge.

I accually got a Game Gear about 6 years ago by Sega that does the exact same thing.

Plus, it plays Sega Genisis games. How kick ass is that?
