Recently I came unto the visual novel ever17. Yes, it is a japanese game. I don't give a **** if you hate or love japan, it's a good game. It's the story of 7 individuals, trapped in an underwater themepark named LeMU. The game starts as a story of survival, nothing more than that. It develops into a story of love (not that kind love, pervert ;o), and it does it amazingly. You (not the character lolz) will laugh, you may cry (I almost have a good 4 times by now), and if you have a good amount of taste, you will love it.

Thanks to Kefit for actually telling me about this game in the first place and making me become a visual novel *** etc. Good to see that my random rambling about it has influenced people to play it.

Ever17 is one of the absolute best games I have ever, ever played. I would place it equal to, or even higher than Xenogears, the game I previously considered the best. Read my review, linked above, to see just why I feel this way.

If you want a game that makes you think, if you want a game that has an amazing story, if you want a game that's just different from 99% of the stuff on the American market today, then pick up Ever17. Hell, even if you have no interest in it, play it anyway. I guarantee that you will love it.
