$99 a year? That definitely won't attract to people like me who'd just make them for fun or don't have the money, but even with the setback this is a pretty clever idea. No doubt they made it to combat the Wii's extensive library, and hey, what better way to get as much content as possible (other than having it all at your disposal to begin with, of course :/) than to call upon small-time developers? The Windows version is free so I'll definitely check it out.
