Metroid Prime 2!

The game is much more impressive than Metroid Prime 1 in my opinion, and the whole "log" thing is brilliant. I love the way they set it up in a web the way they did, makes it a lot easier to see if you're missing log scans somewhere. it was a pain in Metroid Prime 1 to go through the log, in this game it's a breeze.

The music in Metroid Prime 1 was better in my opinion, but the music definetely fits the occasion.

Gameplay is awesome, and it feels like an adventure game more than a first person shooter.

Oh yeah, and SAMUS IS A GIRL. ...actually, all of my favorite game characters are girls nowadays.

I rate the game 10/10.

Played it. Beat it. 100%'d it.

MP2 is definitely longer than MP1. It's also an challenging game from the fact that you have to move between Light and Dark Aether, and deal with lots of enemies. 100%ing the game was hard too. I especially got stumped with the last missile expansion I had to get, which was on top of the destroyed Federation ship.

Gameplay is better than MP1. Along with all the items in MP1, the Light and Dark beams were a great addition. The bosses were especially tough. I got stumped at the Grapple Guardian tons of times before I figured out how to defeat it...

Anyways, MP2 is a nice and top-notch game. I'm glad to hear that you're getting it.

I never was drawn into MP2 like I was into MP1.

Never finished it. Heck, never got very far at all.

ditto, mp1 is much better to me. graphics gameplay, metroid 2 seemed to slide downhill ever so slightly. can't wait for mp3, haha that's funny

MP3 I already know is planned for the Revolution. It's gonna take advantage of the Revolution controller (aka in the promo video it showed the player using the controller to move Samus's hand, thus using it to open certain doors).
