liquid, Starcraft isn't an MMORPG. It's a RTS. How could you possibly judge a game when you don't even know what genre it is? I bet you never played it, it's quite fun.

Your right, i havent played starcraft..but from what some poeple say its pretty boring and is like diablo. Sorry if im unknowleged on the topic but i like FPS games the most.
I started playing again a while ago. I started a Summon Necro and got him to 78 in about two days of playing. Got bored cause Summon Necros suck so I started a Lightning Trap Sin. Got her to about 83 and got bored again. I play my friend's 90 Hammerdin sometimes, he also has a 78 Rabies Druid.

Who the heck have you been talking to? Starcraft is amazingly fun.
Yeah if anyone plays US WEST LADDER I can hook them up with items / runes / etc if they want. Starcraft is nothing like Diablo II and its more like warcraft III. I have to admit though, d2 does get repetitive because its the same game over and over but with different characters, skills, and items.
Munke, make a sorc, make it one with "frozen orb" and "meteor" skills, and put points in stuff that increases the power of those. Put a lot of points in energy.
- From level 1 to 10, do "Trist runs", simply search in games for them.
- Make a game called "rush me for forge" or "rushme4forge", something along those lines. A person will then take you through the entire game on normal difficulty.
- Level to 15, however you want
- From level (10-15) to level (20-25) you should do Tomb runs. Join games with "tomb" in them. You can skip on the cattle in the next step if you get to level 25 here. Cows are faster, I think, though, but I personally like tomb runs.
- Join games with "cow" in them until level 25
- Do games with "baal" in them until level 40.
- Make a baal game yourself after seeing how others work. The minimum level you should do this is 40. Tell them to kill Baal.
Alright, so you beat Normal difficulty. Now you get to do it again on "Nightmare" difficulty.
- Get rushed for forge
- Baal from 40 to 60
- Kill Baal
"Hell" difficulty, now you're where you're going to be for the majority of your Diablo gaming.
- Get rushed, if you have friends that will do it for free, then go ahead, it's strongly advised you get the free one. If you don't, then don't even think of bothering getting a free rush, because many pros rush people at this difficulty
- Do Hell difficulty "Baal" games until you're at least level 80
---
Alright, so you got to level 80. Once you get a better understanding of the game, you'll be able to get this in one day. It's okay if you took a while to get to this level on your first time around, though.
Now that you're level 80, repeatedly kill the bosses in Hell or Nightmare difficulty. The most efficient place to search for items in Nightmare is, in my opinion, Andarial. For Hell, I'd have to say it's probably Mephisto, I've gotten quite a few good facets there.
When you start getting unique items, POST THEM HERE, we will be able to tell you what they're worth.
Sounds hard, but if you play a couple hours a day, even not knowing what you're doing, you'll probably get there within a week.
MFing is the term for searching for these items.
Rushing means to have a high levelled player take you through the game quickly, hence it being called "rushing".
That should give you a basic start. Once you get a couple of high runes(at least 3, actually), you sould consider making a character. Read guides at GameFAQs for more information on characters.
