This being a joke is even worse than if he was serious. This means that he consciously chose to make himself look like a total retard.
If he was serious, it could be attributed to diminished mental capacity, but since he did it purposefully, and did it in a way that was not obviously a joke, means that he's even worse than a retard.Comment
