    Suggest a game thread.

Pretty self-explanatory. Suggest a game title.

I am looking for a game that isn't too time consuming. Preferably without complicated game mechanics.

The only platform I own is Playstation 2. No MMORPG's or FPS's please.

    RE: Suggest a game thread.

    I don't have a ps2 so I can't help you out jewpin.

I haven't bought a new game in probably a year and am thinking about getting a game(used or new). I heard that Pyschonauts was a pretty good game. Any suggestions on that game or any other game for xbox will be appreciated.

God of War. But it's short, like I beat it in one day short.

I played God of War last night for about an hour.

I'd rather play Dynasty Warriors. GoW is a terrible game.

I'm gonna have to recommend DMC3:SE.

Burnout Revenge is pretty freakin sweet.
Prince of Persia also rocks my socks.

definitly Burnout 3 or revenge. very fast pased racing. also, I guess Dynasty Warriors or Samurai Warriors. Onimusha Blade Warrioirs (yeah, alot of warriors) is ok. It's like Onimusha took Super Smash bros and made it cool.

I own Prince of Persia: Sands of Time and I've played God of War (but I wasnt able to beat the game because Video Depot takes terrible care of their discs). I do enjoy games like that, but they are too short and have a tendency to get old fast.

Burnout 3 seems like a popular game. And if got a lot of really good reviews...however I am not a fan of racing games with fake physics. I'll check out the game nonetheless.

Both Resident Evil 4 and the Devil May Cry series are games I've been meaning to check out.

Thanks for the suggestions so far.

Also, I need to make something clear. When I said "not time consuming" what I really meant is "a game where extended periods of absence will not affect the game play."

I am also leaving this thread open for others to ask for suggestions as well as make suggestions.

Yeah I was going to say check pt the excellent Resident Evil 4 or Shadow of the Colossus. Another game that has actually stolen most of my free time is the Street Fighter Anniversary Collection. The iteration of all the other SFII games are ok, but Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike is my main staple. That game never gets old to me. You might enjoy it.

You have a PS2 and never owned a DMC game? I say, go for DMC, you won't regret if you skip over DMC2.

Just get DMC1 and DMC3:SE. They're both 20 bucks (DMC1 is probably even cheaper than that) and have more replay value than you can shake a stick at. Best action games ever. Also check out Viewtiful Joe 1 and 2.
