Alright, so in my hands right now I have Xenogears wrapped and brand new. It's from Square Soft, not the Greatest Hits version. I'm wondering if I should sell this on ebay and make some money, or play it. Is it really that good of a game? I'm really interested in playing it.. but at the same time I would like the cash.

RE: Question for Moogy/others
Don't sell is now. Wait another 20 years. And compare it to the inflation rate...and see if you made the right decision. I mean, the only people who are interested in unoponend games are collectors...and most of them are looking to make a profit eventually...anyways, just my 2 cents.I'll trade you this delicious doorstop for your crummy old danish.
Done, and done.Comment

RE: Question for Moogy/others
I would rather sell the unopened non-greatest hits version on E-Bay and then immediately buy a used greatest hits one. You'd make money AND be able to play the game.So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.
So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.
Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =OComment

RE: Question for Moogy/others
The non-greatest hits version isn't worth anything now that the greatest hits version is available. This isn't true for all games (SOTN comes to mind), but it is for Square games like Xenogears.Comment
