I remember going through this same problem that you are haveing. I spent about 2 hours to figure that shit out. But I haven't played CS in like.. 6 months if not longer. So I have also forgotten. Your best bet would be to contact "SpookG" over pm and see if he can help you.

The only thing I can say to you is that make sure everything is in the right locations and everything is correctly labled. If not, it won't work.
