Like I said, wait until you play ToS to verify this. I haven't played Xenogears so I can't actually verify this for myself, but just wait until you get that game's awesome factor included in your opinions.

I've already started playing ToS. I find the characters largely annoying, and the story needs a lot of work. The battle system is very fun, though, and I love the graphics and music.
However, there is no way it's even possible to compare ToS to Xenogears. ToS has a rather weak story, and Xenogears has the best plot of any game ever; a plot that is better than most movies and books.Comment

I am playing the...whats it called, I am pretty sure it's the sequal, but it's called Xenosaga. My brother told me the Xenogears was a prequal or somthing and I believe it is for Super Nintendo so I will be downloading the rom for the emulater on my computer. Xenosaga so far isn't that great, but it's a decent game. It's hard to follow a little bit. Very long movie sequences.

Xenosaga is a prequel to Xenogears. Xenogears is Xenosaga Episode 5. Xenogears is for the Playstation.
