There's no question. If you enjoyed the first one, you WILL like this one.

The utilization of a Light and Dark world for Samus to explore is super-fun. The only thing so far that bothered me is that Samus loses her stuff again. However, this time, it's not everything. You keep charge shots and morph ball.

Also, there seem to only be 2 guns. If that is the case, my friend, of whom is playing the game, has nearly everything. He has space jump, both new guns, missles, etc. He still needs power missles, morph ball power bombs, and if they have it, screw attack. Possibly another new suit as well.

Maybe if it was in the same genre as HL2. You forget, Metroid Prime 2 is still an adventure game at heart. Not a FPS.

Console FPS games can't ever beat PC FPS games, but this comes close enough. I'd say this is the best console FPS game I've ever played. And as an adventure game, still no contest.

Let's hope it beats crappy games (ZOMG SAN ANDREAS AND HALO 2) in the game of the year contest.

Very good game bleh im not far at all. all i have is light and dark beams, super missile, targeting missile, 4 energy tanks, 75-85 missile holder.... no other extra visors...boost ball, morph ball bomb...gravity boost, space boots, and grapple beam. thats all i can name off the top of my head. oh and multiplayer kicks major ass!!

Yeah. Halo period has a better multiplayer. But I still like the turret in one of the Arenas on MP2s multiplayer.

Yeah, there is also the Screw Attack (for whoever was asking. Too lazy to scroll up). All I know of gun wise is the normal, light, and dark. There's another at least... or there should be. If not... someone is going to die. Hopefully I'll get this for X-mas.

I've recently played this and it's awsome... But there's one thing that annoys me. instead of infinite ammo, alternate weapons have ammo this time... WTF?
