He was in the end of the 2nd disc if my memory serves me right, the physical proof that made Cloud go crazy was that 1) The real sepiroth did something to him I think and 2)Cloud saw the picture of when he thought he remembered being in Nibelheim but it was actually a photo of Zack with Sepiroth and Tifa, the only reason Tifa thought Cloud was Zack was because she was injected with Mako cells to alter her memory I think, either that or everything she remembered about cloud was real except that when he came back he was the SHINRA Soldier and not the new recruit that Zack was.... Quite complicating yes, but best game storyline I've ever heard of or played....Comment
